Vehicle Cybersecurity

Role Summary

Support the development and implementation of vehicle cybersecurity across the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with global automotive cybersecurity standards and regulations. The role will work closely with Engineering, Software, Electronics, Functional Safety, and Quality teams to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks for connected and software-defined vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cybersecurity activities throughout the vehicle development lifecycle in accordance with ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE R155/R156, AIS 189/190 requirements.
• Conduct Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) and define cybersecurity goals and security requirements.
• Develop and maintain Cybersecurity Case, work products, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with system, hardware, software, and ECU development teams to implement cybersecurity controls.
• Support secure architecture reviews for vehicle E/E systems, ECUs, gateways, telematics, and connected vehicle platforms.
• Perform cybersecurity assessments, vulnerability analysis, and risk mitigation for vehicle systems.
• Support security testing activities, including penetration testing, vulnerability validation, and security verification.
• Coordinate with suppliers to review cybersecurity deliverables and ensure compliance with OEM requirements.
• Monitor cybersecurity regulations, standards, and emerging threats impacting automotive products.
• Support CSMS & SUMS activities and internal/external audits.
