Job Summary

We are seeking a VAPT Team Lead to own and deliver security assessments across multiple domains while leading, mentoring, and upskilling a technical team. The role demands strong hands-on offensive security expertise combined with initiative, prompt problem-solving, and the drive to continuously raise the team's technical capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end VAPT engagements across web, mobile, thick client, network, and infrastructure domains
• Manage, mentor, and upskill team members to elevate overall technical proficiency
• Drive new initiatives for team capability development and skill enhancement
• Explore new domains and take on emerging challenges proactively
• Execute and resolve technical problems promptly under engagement timelines
• Ensure assessments align with CERT-In processes and requirements

Required Technical Skills

• Web Application VAPT
• Mobile Application VAPT
• Thick Client Application VAPT
• Network VAPT
• Configuration Review
• Active Directory Pentesting
• Allied offensive security domains

Certifications (one or more preferred)

• OSCP, CRTP, CRTO, CPTS (HTB), OSEP

Required Experience

• 4–5+ years of hands-on VAPT experience
• Proven experience leading a team
• Prior experience with a service-based company
