Trainee, IT Service Delivery and Information Security (1 year contract)

To support increasing BAU demands across both the IT Service Delivery and Information Security functions.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

IT Service Delivery

• Assist in analyzing ServiceNow incident and service‑request data for service improvement planning.
• Interview users to identify service pain points and produce findings reports for improvement discussions with outsourced IT Service Provided.
• Act as a backup support staff for local IT service needs not covered by group IT.
• Help maintaining IT control documentation and CMDB data accuracy across applications.

Information Security

• Support monthly and quarterly Security Awareness Training metric reporting.
• Assist in data classification documentation works
• Assist in Entitlement Reviews process.
• Other Information security assignments

Requirements:

• Degree in an IT-related discipline; 1 year of relevant experience preferred, fresh graduates welcome
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, end-user computing, and fundamental IT networking concepts
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity awareness and personal cyber hygiene (e.g. phishing, password protection, safe IT usage)
• Familiarity with IT documentation, reporting, data analysis, and basic IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail with good time management and organizational skills
