Servicenow SecOps
We are looking for a ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) – Vulnerability Response (VR) Implementation Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in implementing and administering ServiceNow Security Operations solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Vulnerability Response (VR), end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, and custom integrations with third-party security and vulnerability management platforms. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, optimizing, and supporting enterprise security workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen vulnerability management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) with a focus on Vulnerability Response (VR).
Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of ServiceNow VR solutions.
Develop and maintain custom integrations between ServiceNow and third-party security tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, CrowdStrike, Splunk, BigFix, and SCCM.
Configure and manage integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Orchestration.
Manage data import/export processes and ensure data integrity across integrated systems.
Support vulnerability lifecycle management by aligning security workflows with industry best practices.
Collaborate with security teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot integration and platform issues while optimizing ServiceNow performance.
Document technical solutions, implementation processes, and operational procedures.
Key Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) with a strong focus on Vulnerability Response (VR).
Hands-on experience implementing and administering ServiceNow SecOps and VR modules.
Strong expertise in custom integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, CrowdStrike, Splunk, BigFix, or SCCM.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Orchestration, and data import/export processes.
Good understanding of vulnerability lifecycle management, CVE/CWE standards, risk scoring methodologies, and enterprise security tools.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
