ServiceNow GRC / IRM

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer with strong hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance / Integrated Risk Managementsolutions.

The candidate should have strong ServiceNow development experience, including scripting, workflow configuration, workspace development, integrations, and GRC/IRM implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.

• Work on Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, BCM, TPRM, and CCM.

• Develop and customize IRM Workspaces, Portals, forms, dashboards, and reports.

• Develop Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes, and other client/server-side scripts.

• Build workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, epics, and user stories.

• Design application architecture, data models, workflow diagrams, and access control models.

• Support system configuration, upgrades, deployments, and user support.

• Maintain audit-ready evidence, documentation, runbooks, release management, and role-based access controls.

• Collaborate with stakeholders on risk, compliance, governance, and audit requirements.

• Support ServiceNow training and complex configuration requirements.

Must-Have Skills

• 3–5 years of ServiceNow development experience.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM.

• Strong experience in:

  • ServiceNow GRC / IRM

  • JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs

  • Business Rules

  • UI Policies

  • Script Includes

  • Flow Designer

  • Integration Hub

  • REST/SOAP APIs

  • Workspace and Portal Development

  • Reporting and Dashboards

• Understanding of Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Regulatory concepts.

• Knowledge of CMDB and access control models.

• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SecOps, including:

  • Security Incident Response (SIR)

  • Vulnerability Response (VR)

• Performance tuning and large-scale data ingestion experience.

• ServiceNow implementation and deployment experience.

Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA – Mandatory

• CAD – Preferred

• GRC/IRM-related CIS Certifications – Preferred
