ServiceNow GRC / IRM

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow GRC / IRM Developer (Consultant / Senior Consultant) to design, configure, and implement Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in risk management, compliance, audit processes, and ServiceNow development, with hands-on experience across IRM modules such as Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, TPRM, BCM, and CCM. You will work closely with business, risk, compliance, audit, and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that strengthen governance, improve operational resilience, and support enterprise risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC / IRM solutions.

• Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM modules, including:

  • Policy & Compliance Management

  • Risk Management

  • Audit Management

  • Business Continuity Management (BCM)

  • Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

  • Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM)

• Define and design ServiceNow GRC solution architecture, including:

  • Data Models

  • Object Models

  • Workflow Designs

  • Access Control Models

  • Technical Solution Architecture

• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Define and document epics, user stories, technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation plans.

• Create UI mockups, workflows, dashboards, and user experiences aligned with business objectives.

• Develop and customize:

  • IRM Workspaces

  • Portals

  • Forms

  • Dashboards

  • Reports

• Build and maintain ServiceNow customizations using:

  • Business Rules

  • UI Policies

  • Client Scripts

  • Script Includes

  • Flow Designer Workflows

• Develop and support integrations with external systems using REST APIs and SOAP services.

• Perform ServiceNow administration activities including upgrades, configuration management, user support, and platform maintenance.

• Support governance initiatives through audit-ready documentation, evidence collection, release management artifacts, runbooks, and access controls.

• Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and ServiceNow training to team members.

• Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, audit, and technology stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support platform monitoring, continuous improvement, operational reliability, and service optimization initiatives.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

• Strong experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow GRC / IRM solutions.

• Expertise in:

  • Policy & Compliance Management

  • Risk Management

  • Audit Management

  • Business Continuity Management (BCM)

  • Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

  • Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM)

• Strong scripting expertise using:

  • JavaScript

  • ServiceNow APIs

  • Glide APIs

• Experience in Workspace Development and Portal Development.

• Strong understanding of:

  • Risk Management

  • Governance Frameworks

  • Compliance Programs

  • Audit Processes

  • Regulatory Requirements

• Experience with:

  • Flow Designer

  • Integration Hub

  • CMDB

  • Reporting & Dashboards

• Experience developing API-based integrations using REST and SOAP services.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure ServiceNow solutions.
