Security Engineer - IAM Security

### About the Role This role involves the hands-on implementation, configuration, and operational management of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for enterprise clients. You will contribute to securing critical assets by ensuring robust identity governance and access controls are in place and effectively maintained. ### Key Responsibilities * Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise IAM platforms, including Saviynt, SailPoint, and IBM iVerify, to manage identity lifecycles and access provisioning. * Deploy and operate PIM/PAM solutions, such as CyberArk or Delinea, to secure, monitor, and manage privileged accounts and sessions. * Develop and enforce identity governance policies, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements. * Integrate IAM and PAM systems with various enterprise applications, directories, and cloud services to streamline access management workflows. * Perform regular access reviews, certifications, and audits to validate appropriate access levels and identify potential risks. * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues related to identity authentication, authorization, and access control across diverse environments. * Contribute to the design and enhancement of IAM security architectures, providing technical insights for future-state solutions. * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM and PAM configurations, processes, and operational procedures. ### Requirements * 2-4 years of experience focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) security. * B.Tech or M.Tech qualification. * Demonstrated proficiency in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) principles and practices. * Practical experience with IAM Security concepts and solutions. * Hands-on experience with PIM/PAM technologies and their deployment. ### Nice-to-Have * Experience implementing or operating SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow. * Familiarity with Saviynt Security Manager. * Working knowledge of IBM iVerify solutions. * Experience with Arcon PAM solutions. ### Benefits * Health insurance for the employee and dependents * Professional security-certification reimbursement (e.g., CISSP, CISM) * Annual learning and skill-development allowance * Sponsored conference / training attendance * Flexible work arrangements ### Skills Identity Governance and Administration, IAM Security, PIM/PAM, SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM iVerify. ### Qualification B.Tech or M.Tech
