Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Leader to lead enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) initiatives with primary focus on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IIQ). The role will drive SailPoint architecture, implementation, customization, integration, provisioning, JML automation, certifications, and access governance across enterprise platforms. This position combines technical leadership, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant identity lifecycle management and access governance services.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, configuration, customization, and deployment of SailPoint solutions (ISC/IIQ).
- Provide expertise in Virtual Appliance (VA), Identity Profiles, Transformations, Cloud Rules, and migration/deployment activities.
- Drive application onboarding, user migration, and integration of enterprise applications with SailPoint.
- Oversee development and customization of workflows, JML processes, access requests, certifications, QuickLinks, forms, rules, and APIs/REST integrations.
- Lead troubleshooting, technical issue resolution, bug fixes, and enhancements across SailPoint implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement of IAM services.
- Automation/scripting experience (PowerShell, APIs).
- Understanding of Zero Trust and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
- Strong experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, HRMS, SAP, Workday, Azure/O365, JDBC, and cloud applications.
- Expertise in certifications, auditing, reporting, provisioning, access governance, and JML automation.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java/BeanShell scripting, SailPoint APIs, workflows, and custom rule development.
- Ability to understand and translate business/customer requirements into IAM solutions.
- Experience leading delivery teams, stakeholder engagement, escalations, and technical governance.
- Strong communication, presentation, and people leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team development.
- Quick learner with willingness to cross-skill, upskill, and adopt emerging IAM technologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Lead and mentor IAM teams and technical leads, driving operational excellence and service maturity.
- Define and execute IAM strategy, governance, and transformation initiatives aligned with business and security objectives.
- Manage senior stakeholder engagement, escalations, audits, vendors, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive automation, Zero Trust adoption, and continuous improvement across IAM services.
- Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments.
- Exposure to Azure cloud (AWS/GCP is a plus).
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and DevSecOps delivery models.
- Relevant IAM/security certifications preferred (Microsoft, SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping, ForgeRock, CISSP/CISM).

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12–15+ years of IAM experience, with strong expertise in SailPoint (ISC/IIQ) and 5+ years in leadership/managerial roles.
