As a SAP GRC Security - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration of business applications. Within our Enterprise Technology Risk Solutions practice, you will develop strategies that help clients leverage enterprise technologies to enhance their return on investment, mitigate risks, and streamline processes. This role involves creative problem-solving and applying innovative technologies to increase the value of applications, mitigate risk, and identify operational inefficiencies.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow your personal brand. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on providing consulting services for confirming compliance and enhancing security within SAP applications, enabling clients to mitigate risks, protect sensitive data, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement security measures within SAP applications
- Providing guidance and support for compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting
- Implementing software solutions to enhance client business processes and achieve strategic objectives
- Conducting compliance audits and reviews to identify and mitigate risks
- Developing and maintaining policies and guidelines for SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Utilizing data analytics to support compliance and governance initiatives
- Offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Engaging with stakeholders to address data protection and compliance challenges
- Applying innovative technologies to streamline processes and improve operational performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to enterprise system integration and platform delivery
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
- Utilizing SAP BW/4HANA for data analytics and reporting
- Applying compliance program implementation and governance frameworks
- Developing policies and guidelines for operational risk management
- Excelling in compliance advisement and regulatory compliance program development
