Our technical OT/ICS team is expanding, so we're looking for a senior technical consultant to join an ambitious cybersecurity team working with clients across the globe. 

What you'll do 

You'll join a team of highly skilled engineers and consultants working at the intersection of IT, Operational Technology (OT), automation, and cybersecurity – with protecting and monitoring OT networks at the core of what we do. 

In this role, you'll own: 

• Advanced threat detection and engineering: working extensively with industry-leading technology providers to deploy, test, and tune advanced threat monitoring solutions in production environments 

• Technical implementation: leading the design and implementation of OT network segmentation projects, architecture redesign, secure remote access integration, and asset/configuration analysis 

• Consultancy and advisory: acting as trusted advisor to clients and colleagues on architecture reviews and OT risk assessments, and translating technical risk into business impact 

What you'll bring 

We're looking for a seasoned OT Cybersecurity Principal Consultant with extensive experience in infrastructure solutions and technology deployment in OT environments.  

The ideal candidate comes with: 

• At least 5 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, including client-facing consulting roles 

• Demonstrated capability across critical security domains such as network segmentation, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, secure remote access, incident response, cyber threat intelligence, and Security Operations Centre enablement 

• A track record of continuous technical development — for example, certifications such as GICSP, GRID, ISA/IEC, CCNA/CCNP, or product certifications with recognised OT security vendors such as Nozomi or Claroty 

Clearance for SECRET (HEMMELIGT) with Danish authorities is a plus.
