Job Description:
General IT knowledge across networking, systems, web, and cybersecurity — enough to speak the language and triage issues
- Experience coordinating or managing IT vendors or contractors
- Comfortable serving as the bridge between non-technical agency staff and technical contractors
- Ability to track open tickets, follow up on deliverables, and escalate as needed
- Experience in a small office or government environment preferred
- Familiarity with Commonwealth of Virginia IT standards (VITA) a plus
