Manager-Security
➢ Security Management for Plant and Township:
• Proper and planned deployment of security personnel.
• Regular monitoring of security activities in and around the plant area to stop theft, pilferage or similar loss of or damage to the company property.
• Periodical review of security systems and procedure to identify gaps and potential threats.
➢ Emergency Response & Crisis Management:
• Plan and rehearse security response with different emergency scenarios.
• Ensure effective intelligence & vigilance network to proactively identify threats & vulnerabilities.
➢ Strong Liaison:
• Ensure harmonious relationship with Government officials and surrounding community to improve organization’s image.
➢ Safety, Health and Environment:
• Ensure all safety, environment and health procedures are followed for zero injury and long-term sustainability.
➢ System Management:
• Coordinate, organize & monitor effective implementation of IMS and other systems in the department for improvement of productivity and creating safe work culture.
Educational Background and Work ExperienceAny Graduate from a recognized institution.
Work Experience:12 to 16 yearsThe candidate should be an Inspector or equivalent rank from para-military forces like CISF/CRPF/ BSF/ITBP. Candidate with NCC “C- Certificate” should have minimum 15 years of experience with at least 05 years of exposure in manufacturing industry.
Candidate should have a flair for vigilance & intelligence work, liaison with external stakeholders, emergency response and rescue. Knowledge of basic computer, SAP working and command over English language are highly desirable. Prior exposure to security automation will be an added advantage.
Age limit for this position is 40 years. It can, however, be relaxed for a couple of years for a deserving candidate.
