Are you passionate about IT security and Salesforce.com? Join our Applications & CRM team as a Consultant for Salesforce IT Security and play a key role in securing our salesforce environment. Be the driving force to improve our security posture in all Sika Salesforce orgs and related systems and support the Cyber Defense Team with event monitoring, alerting and forensic analysis. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for improvement of Sika’s salesforce security posture (all Sika orgs)
  • Analyse current setup, propose improvements and drive & support regional and global implementation
  • Proactive monitoring of Salesforce security related changes and threats
  • Proactive analysis of salesforce setup and salesforce threat landscape, propose actions
  • Configure Salesforce Event Monitoring for pro-active threat protection and forensics
  • Support forensic investigations if needed
  • Support regional and global team to implement required security related changes

Qualifications

  • A degree in Information Technology
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management approaches
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset and strong analytical thinking skills
  • A passion for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and building relationships across international teams
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
  • Solid technical understanding and enthusiasm for working with IT systems
