Be the driving force to improve our security posture in all Sika Salesforce orgs and related systems and support the Cyber Defense Team with event monitoring, alerting and forensic analysis. Qualifications

Education: Degree in IT Security 

Experience: 1-2 years experience as Salesforce Admin and or Developer

Project Management: Strong understanding of project management principles (agile and waterfall)

Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented, hands-on approach

Collaboration: Open for collaboration within SIS and with regional salesforce teams. Share knowledge across teams. Networking 

Organization: – Strong ability to manage tasks and priorities.

Language Skills: Proficient in English; German is a plus.

Technical Skills: Solid IT proficiency.
