Infrastructure & Security (COE)

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Infrastructure & Security to lead the Centre of Excellence (COE) for Infrastructure, Networking, Security Operations, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical expertise along with proven leadership experience in managing enterprise infrastructure and security teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise datacenter, infrastructure, networking, and security operations.

• Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune, Entra ID, Defender, Teams).

• Administer VMware, Hyper-V/Solaris, Windows Servers, DNS, DHCP, and file services.

• Manage Cisco L2/L3 networking, WLAN, HP BladeSystem, Dell PowerStore, and HP Alletra Storage.

• Design and support cloud workloads on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Azure, and GCP.

• Configure and manage Palo Alto Firewalls, F5 LTM/ASM, VPNs, SIEM (Wazuh, LogRhythm), CrowdStrike, TrendMicro, and Proofpoint.

• Manage Oracle Databases, WebLogic, MongoDB, and hybrid cloud infrastructure.

• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, compliance, and security best practices.

• Lead and mentor technical teams while collaborating with stakeholders and clients.
