Job Description
In this IAM Internship, you are part of the Sika Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, helping to build and support Sika’s global IAM solution. You help with IAM-related projects, change requests, and incidents. You are in contact with various stakeholders.
Setting up and maintaining identities, accounts, groups, resources, rules, and policies
Helping with requirements gathering, development planning, and documentation
Helping with testing activities
Receiving and creating support tickets (incident management) and change requests (change management) for the IAM platform
Coordinating the support solutions with the IAM vendor and other internal or external stakeholders globally
Coordinating and executing bulk and mass changes of identities and other data
Qualifications
Education and preferably some experience in IAM or IT Security systems. Understanding of programming, SQL, or scripting is considered a plus.
