About the Role

This role focuses on the implementation, administration, and optimization of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. You will work extensively with Saviynt to manage identity lifecycles, enforce access policies, and ensure robust access governance across various enterprise systems. Your daily activities will involve configuring, troubleshooting, and enhancing IAM capabilities to meet organizational security and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and maintain Saviynt for identity governance and administration, including access request, provisioning, and de-provisioning processes.
  • Develop and customize Saviynt workflows, policies, and connectors to integrate with a diverse set of on-premises and cloud applications.
  • Manage the full identity lifecycle within Saviynt, covering user onboarding, role management, and access revocation.
  • Execute and report on access certification campaigns and periodic access reviews using Saviynt's governance functionalities.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Saviynt deployments, resolving issues related to access, synchronization, and platform performance.
  • Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders to define, implement, and refine access control matrices and IAM strategies.
  • Contribute to the design and architecture of IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Generate audit reports and support compliance efforts by demonstrating effective access controls and identity management practices within Saviynt.

Requirements

  • 1-9 years of dedicated experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) security.
  • A Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (BTECH) degree.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Saviynt, including configuration, development of workflows, and connector management.
  • Strong understanding of core IAM concepts such as identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Familiarity with directory services protocols (LDAP) and enterprise directories like Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Clear and concise communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with other Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, or Delinea.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell for automation and integration tasks.
  • Exposure to cloud IAM services (AWS IAM, Azure AD, GCP IAM).
  • Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
