Forcepoint / DLP Engineer

Skillset Required:

• Hands on experience with Forcepoint Proxy (Web Security Gateway) and Forcepoint DLP
• DLP agent deployment & troubleshooting
• Lead configuration, policy tuning, and operational support for Forcepoint DLP platforms.
• Act as the SME for DLP platforms, managing deployment, upgrades, and integration challenges.
• Ensure effective, timely, and consistent DLP event triage, analysis, and incident response.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical DLP incidents and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash to enhance workflows and reduce false positives.
• Ensure DLP policies align with regulations including GDPR, HIPAA, FFIEC, CCPA, and security standards like NIST.
• Monitor operational KPIs, continuously assess control effectiveness, and deliver executive-level summaries and dashboards.
• Troubleshooting Proxy and DLP related issues.

Qualification:

• BE / BTech / MCA

Certification:

• Forcepoint DLP Certification is mandatory.
