As a Cyber - Senior Associate, you will focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients. Your work will involve designing and implementing strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities within our Cyber practice. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a team dedicated to protecting organizations from cyber threats through advanced technologies and strategies. You will identify vulnerabilities, develop secure systems, and provide proactive solutions to safeguard sensitive data. This position offers the opportunity to use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using these insights to inform your recommendations and drive impactful results.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing secure identity and access management strategies to protect sensitive information
- Managing user identities and access rights using tools like Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management
- Developing solutions for federated identity management and identity verification processes
- Utilizing encryption technologies and identity-based encryption to safeguard data
- Collaborating with teams to enhance cybersecurity measures and address vulnerabilities
- Analyzing complex data to inform insights and recommendations for access management improvements
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and deliver quality solutions
- Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and technical skills in cybersecurity practices
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Responding effectively to diverse perspectives and needs within client engagements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data for insights and recommendations
- Navigating complex identity and access management scenarios with creativity
- Building meaningful client connections through effective communication and active listening
- Embracing change and learning agility to adapt to evolving cybersecurity landscapes
