Position Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a lead Engineer
  • CISSP required
  • 5 years of experience employed in a governmental organization (as a government or contract employee) as a cybersecurity engineer.
  • Two years of experience with governmental (FedRAMP)
  • Experienced in hybrid on-premises and cloud technology stack environments
  • Transition experience moving from an on-premises to a hybrid on-premises and cloud network solution.
  • Develop and implement the organization's overall cybersecurity strategy, align it with business goals, and lead the cybersecurity team. 
  • Lead incident response efforts and develop strategies to ensure business continuity and resilience in the event of a cyberattack. 
  • Communicate the organization's security posture, risks, and incident status to the board of directors and other executives. 
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks, including those related to technology, operations, and the supply chain.
