This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, internal communications, and enterprise engagement, focused on strengthening awareness, participation, and alignment across a global organization. The Senior Manager will design and deliver high-impact engagement strategies that bring cybersecurity priorities to life for employees and leadership teams. This includes translating complex security initiatives into clear, compelling experiences that drive understanding and behavioral adoption. Operating in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment, the role partners closely with senior leaders, program owners, and cross-functional teams to execute engagement programs and events. It also plays a key role in shaping the annual engagement roadmap, ensuring consistent communication and alignment across initiatives. With a strong emphasis on stakeholder experience, storytelling, and measurable impact, this position is ideal for someone who can blend strategic communication with hands-on execution. Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain an annual cybersecurity engagement plan aligned with organizational priorities, leadership objectives, and enterprise risk awareness goals.
  • Plan and deliver internal cybersecurity events such as town halls, all-hands sessions, learning programs, recognition events, and leadership briefings, including full lifecycle coordination and on-the-day execution.
  • Translate cybersecurity strategies and initiatives into clear, engaging messaging, experiences, and materials tailored to diverse internal audiences.
  • Create and manage engagement assets such as presentations, briefing packs, invitations, intranet content, talking points, and post-event reports.
  • Partner with senior leaders and program owners to design communication strategies, stakeholder mapping, and feedback loops for key cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Measure and analyze engagement effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage external vendors and partners supporting event production, logistics, and creative execution while ensuring quality, compliance, and brand consistency.
  • Maintain a centralized calendar of engagement activities, ensuring alignment with broader organizational and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Support senior leadership communications and coordination activities as required by the Chief of Staff or cybersecurity leadership team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Events Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, event management, or marketing within large or matrixed organizations.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end engagement programs and complex internal events.
  • Strong ability to work with senior leaders and translate strategic priorities into engaging, audience-focused experiences.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical or strategic topics.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, including planning, outreach, governance, and feedback management.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring engagement outcomes and using data to improve future initiatives.
  • Proficiency with virtual event platforms, collaboration tools, and basic analytics/reporting systems.
  • Experience in regulated or global, matrixed environments is an advantage.
