    • Identify opportunities to expand existing projects, improve client adoption, and support long-term account growth across government programs.
    • Support business development and proposal efforts by providing guidance on government contract navigation, sales cycle optimization, and operational planning.
    • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders to maintain technical and business integrity across all initiatives.
    • Manage and mentor program team members and direct reports while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
      • Minimum of 15 years of experience managing complex programs or projects, preferably within government defense, intelligence, or security environments.
      • Strong experience working directly with U.S. Government agencies and navigating government operational processes and stakeholder environments.
      • Proven ability to manage client relationships, communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders, and influence decision-making across multiple levels.
      • Experience with government contracts, proposal development, and submission processes is highly preferred.
      • PMP certification or formal project management training is considered a strong advantage.
      • Knowledge of investigations, intelligence operations, or intelligence cycle processes is a plus.
      • Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
      • Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative and cross-functional team environments.
      • Fluency in both English and Spanish is considered a strong asset.
      • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as required by client and operational needs.
      • Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance due to the nature of the role.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive annual salary ranging from $158,000 to $221,000 based on experience, skills, and location.
        • Performance-based bonus opportunities.
        • Stock option program and long-term growth potential.
        • Fully remote position within the United States with flexible work arrangements.
        • Unlimited paid time off to support work-life balance.
        • Comprehensive health and wellness coverage.
        • Opportunity to work on impactful projects supporting defense, intelligence, and security initiatives.
        • Collaborative, mission-driven, and innovation-focused work environment.
