Security Solutions Architect
About the role
We are looking for an innovative Security Solutions Architect to join our core Product Engineering team. In this role, you will be motivated to design, develop, and operate cutting-edge security automation solutions that become a core part of our product offering.
This is a hands-on, architect-level position focused on building scalable, productized solutions for our global customer base. You will become a deep domain and product expert, working closely with product management and UX teams to shape our platform's capabilities. To ensure our solutions meet enterprise scale, you will also interact directly with key stakeholders across the company, including Sales Engineering and Professional Services, as well as our key customer accounts to understand advanced requirements and validate designs
Your primary canvas will be Swimlane Turbine, our breakthrough AI-enhanced, low-code security automation platform. You will leverage Turbine’s visual playbook builder, composable dashboards, and robust case management to build and productize end-to-end security solutions like SIEM alert triage, vulnerability management, or business continuity management — that are made available to all Swimlane customers.
We are seeking a candidate with a unique hybrid background: deep experience in security operations (like a SOC or IR) combined with an engineering and automation-first mindset. You will be at the forefront of applying our Agentic AI-enhanced automation platform to solve real world security challenges. Your key motivation will be in achieving product and business outcomes, translating complex security processes into intuitive, powerful, and easy-to-use automation products.
What you'll do
● Architect, design, and develop complete, reusable, and customer-agnostic security solutions, use cases, and templates for the Swimlane Turbine platform.
● Convert proof of concepts and ideas into highly functional, scalable, and maintainable solutions for our product marketplace.
● Integrate AI into security workflows, leveraging Turbine’s agentic AI capabilities to automate complex decision-making
● Collaborate with Product Management and UX teams to define functional specificationsand translate customer needs into technical designs.
● Act as a key subject matter expert on security domains and the practical application of AI and LLMs in security automation.
● Master the Swimlane Turbine platform, using its low-code canvas to build sophisticated automation playbooks, custom user interfaces, and insightful dashboards.
