Summary:
As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, your day involves overseeing and delivering comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. You will ensure that these environments remain protected against threats, maintain compliance with relevant standards, and uphold operational resilience. Your role requires continuous monitoring, managing security protocols, and coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain a secure and reliable infrastructure. You will also be involved in responding to incidents and adapting security measures to evolving risks, ensuring that client operations proceed smoothly and securely throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security services with client requirements and business objectives.
- Monitor security operations and proactively identify potential vulnerabilities or compliance gaps.
- Document and communicate security service outcomes and improvements to stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with System Integration Testing (SIT).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into actionable security requirements.
- Ability to assess and document security risks and compliance requirements effectively.
- Experience in coordinating with technical teams to ensure security controls are implemented as per business needs.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards relevant to managed services environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
