You are required to furnish your own 9mm and level 3 holster
Food Distribution Warehouse
Patrols, Checkpoints, Temperature Checks, CCTV Cameras, Gatehouse
$25.00 p/hr
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong security operations experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and mentor 10+ security officers through training, coaching, scheduling, and performance oversight.
Lead daily security operations including access control management, CCTV surveillance monitoring, and facility patrol strategies to ensure site safety and regulatory compliance. Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Minimum 2–3 years of armed security experience required and minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Requirements:
- Valid California Guard Card
- Valid Exposed Firearm Permit
- CPR & AED Certification
- Must complete and obtain BSIS 32-Hour Training Certificate
- Flexible schedule required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Experience working in food manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred with knowledge of OSHA safety practices and facility security procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Experience using access control and surveillance systems such as CCure 9000 and Avigilon preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions when required Must pass background check and drug screening
