Accountabilities
In this role, you will lead regional security advisory efforts while directly supporting commercial growth initiatives and client engagement strategies across enterprise accounts. You will act as a subject matter expert in security risk management, helping shape tailored consulting solutions and strengthening long-term client partnerships.
- Support business development and account management teams in winning new clients and expanding existing relationships through security expertise and advisory input
- Serve as a subject matter expert in complex bids, RFPs, and client presentations, contributing to solution design and demonstrating integrated security capabilities
- Provide strategic input into consulting and managed services offerings, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends
- Collaborate with consulting teams to scope, design, and deliver security solutions that improve resilience and risk management outcomes
- Represent the organization in external forums, thought leadership activities, and industry engagements within the region
- Contribute to regional strategy, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional initiatives supporting growth and retention
- Provide ongoing insights on market dynamics, security trends, and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders
Requirements
This role requires deep expertise in security risk management, consulting, or operational security environments, combined with strong client engagement and advisory capabilities. You should be comfortable operating in complex, matrixed, and fast-paced environments with senior stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in security domains such as corporate security, field security, crisis management, intelligence, or risk consulting
- Strong understanding of security risk frameworks, mitigation strategies, and resilience planning in complex environments
- Proven experience in client-facing advisory roles, including solution design, stakeholder engagement, and business development support
- Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to operate in high-pressure environments with strong attention to detail and sound judgment
- Experience working across diverse, multicultural, and international contexts
- Bachelor’s degree in security, international relations, law enforcement, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally as required
