Security Automation Engineer

We are seeking an Security Solution Automation Engineer to support the design, automation and implementation of Security tooling. Must have knowledge of Automation technologies (eg Terraform, Powershell) for use with Azure, AWS & GCP Cloud, but also integrating other technologies eg Identity Governance platforms. Will work across the security team collaborating with identity, privileged access and Cloud Teams. Must be able to work as part of a team, but also work self motivated.
The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise in security platforms with other engineers, drive operational maturity, and deliver engineering improvements across multiple security domains. This role sits within Security Consultancy function. The focus is on engineering and you will work closely with global engineering teams and the Identity Security function across the global audience.
Drive initiatives to mature automation across security services with a principle of infrastructure and policy as code
Support in building effective governance and oversight of security controls and services
Lead in the drive to mature cloud security concepts for Azure, AWS & GCP
Contribute to the development and maintenance of formal security documentation (i.e. policies, standards)
Support in the development and delivery of consistent global services that enable delivery of the business goals.
Help drive patterns and standards across the automation solutions
Primary requirements
Strong experience of Terraform Automation and best practices
Experience working cross cloud
SME level knowledge Experience in developing and managing formal security documents.
Proven ability to manage internal stakeholders through a journey of improving information security maturity.
Good ability to communicate information security and risk concepts to stakeholders of all levels.
Coding skillset and knowledge to support other engineers
