As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and reliability are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks related to software security and architecture.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software design with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Security Architecture and Design.
- Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and threat modeling techniques.
- Experience in designing security frameworks for complex software systems.
- Ability to analyze and address vulnerabilities in software architecture.
- Familiarity with security standards and compliance requirements relevant to software development.
- Skilled in integrating security controls within agile development environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Application Security Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
