As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software components to enhance overall system functionality are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ForgeRock Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Familiarity with integration of access management solutions with various enterprise systems.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to access management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ForgeRock Access Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
