As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Operational Technology (OT) Security.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with secure coding practices and vulnerability assessment in operational technology environments.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of security protocols within custom software applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues in operational technology systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
