As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work supports specific business requirements by continuously enhancing system functionalities and adapting to evolving project needs, contributing to the overall success of the software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and update documentation related to software components and development processes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously monitor and improve software performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security.
- Strong knowledge of access control concepts and user role management within enterprise systems.
- Experience in configuring and managing security policies to safeguard sensitive information.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues in complex software environments.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and best practices related to software security.
- Capability to work with various SAP modules to implement security measures effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Security.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
