Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously improve software development processes and practices to enhance product quality and delivery efficiency.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards within software environments.
- Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow GRC modules to align with organizational policies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to governance and compliance workflows.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between ServiceNow GRC and other enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
