Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure that solutions meet evolving business requirements. The work environment encourages the use of modern development methodologies and frameworks to build scalable and efficient software. Throughout the day, the engineer balances coding, testing, and refining software elements while adapting to feedback and changing priorities to deliver high-quality results.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom workflows and connectors within identity management platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across multiple systems.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools to enhance identity management processes.
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements related to identity governance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
