Project Role Description : Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations.

Good to have skills : Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Platform Operations, Data Privacy Protection, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)

Summary:
As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Senior Manager, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of IAM services and making sure access across systems is managed properly. This role requires solid experience with identity governance, access operations and IAM platforms in large environments. The position also involves leading the IAM operations team and keeping access controls effective and in line with security and compliance needs as the business changes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Oversee access certification, segregation of duties checks and privileged access management to keep access at the right level across systems and applications.
- Make sure IAM operations meet audit and compliance requirements, and lead and develop the IAM operations team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- Good To Have Skills: Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Data Privacy Protection, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Platform Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience managing IAM operations and access controls in large environments.
- Good understanding of identity lifecycle management, access certification and segregation of duties.
- Experience with privileged access management and IGA tools.
- Ability to lead a team and meet audit and compliance requirements for access.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
