Summary:
As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Senior Manager, a typical day involves running the day-to-day IAM operations and making sure user access is set up, reviewed and removed correctly. This role requires good working knowledge of IAM tools and processes and the ability to manage a team and keep services running to agreed standards. The position also involves looking for ways to improve how access is managed and keeping controls in line with security and compliance requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Manage the day-to-day IAM work including joiner, mover and leaver access, access provisioning and removal, privileged access, and regular access reviews.
- Look for ways to automate IAM tasks, keep service levels on track, and guide the team on identity and access standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- Good To Have Skills: Solution Architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience running IAM operations, including provisioning, access reviews and privileged access.
- Experience with joiner, mover and leaver processes and IGA tools.
- Ability to manage a team and keep IAM services running to agreed service levels.
- Familiarity with access certification and meeting audit and compliance requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
