Summary:
As a Data Privacy Protection Senior Manager, a typical day involves leading the data privacy program for the account and setting the direction on how the organization handles personal data. This role requires strong knowledge of data protection law and the ability to work with senior people across legal, IT and the business. The position also involves making sure privacy is considered early in projects, overseeing privacy assessments, and helping the organization improve the way it manages data over time.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Lead the development and improvement of data privacy policies and governance to keep the organization compliant with DPDPA and other regulations.
- Oversee privacy impact assessments, data mapping and breach response, and advise senior stakeholders on privacy risks and priorities.
- Mentor the data privacy team and share good practice on how to handle personal data across the business.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Privacy Protection.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Governance Risk & Compliance Platform Operations, Security Information and Event Management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Data Privacy Protection.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
