Summary:
As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Manager, a typical day involves leading the IAM program and making sure the right people have the right access to systems and applications. This role requires good knowledge of identity governance, access controls and authentication across both on-premise and cloud environments. The position also involves advising technology and business teams on access-related decisions and keeping IAM controls in line with security and compliance requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and running of IAM controls such as role-based access, privileged access management, single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.
- Work with audit and compliance teams on access reviews and certifications, and guide the team on identity governance practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Strong hands-on experience with IAM tools and controls such as role-based access, privileged access management, single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.
- Good understanding of identity governance, access reviews and certification, and authentication across on-premise and cloud systems.
- Experience with directory services, identity federation and access provisioning.
- Ability to work through access-related problems and find practical solutions.
- Good communication skills to explain access decisions and work with technology and business teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
