As a SAP GRC Security – Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency within our Technology Consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on providing consulting services for confirming compliance and enhancing security within SAP applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement security measures, and offer guidance and support for compliance with regulatory standards. Working in this area, you will enable clients to mitigate risks, protect sensitive data, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. This opportunity allows you to leverage your skills in SAP compliance and security, contributing to the transformation of client operations and safeguarding their critical information.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement security measures within SAP applications
- Providing guidance and support for compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting
- Implementing software solutions and offering training for seamless integration of business applications
- Developing and maintaining compliance programs to mitigate risks and protect sensitive data
- Utilizing SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to enhance security and compliance
- Conducting compliance audits and reviews to validate adherence to industry regulations
- Designing and implementing corrective actions to address compliance gaps
- Building meaningful client connections and managing client expectations effectively
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and support client objectives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4-8 years of experience of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to enterprise system integration and platform delivery
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
- Utilizing SAP BW/4HANA for data analytics and reporting
- Excelling in compliance program implementation and oversight
- Developing policies and guidelines for regulatory compliance
- Managing operational risk with a focus on governance frameworks
