This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management solutions within a security-focused environment. You will play a key part in strengthening digital identity governance by ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant access across complex systems and applications. Working with SailPoint IdentityIQ and related IAM technologies, you will support lifecycle management, access controls, and identity automation initiatives. The position involves close collaboration with security, infrastructure, and application teams to align IAM capabilities with business and regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on technical role suited for professionals passionate about cybersecurity, identity governance, and enterprise security architecture. You will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts, ensuring scalable and resilient IAM operations across cloud and on-premise environments.

Accountabilities:

    • Implement, configure, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including identity lifecycle management, access certifications, and role-based access control (RBAC).
    • Support onboarding of enterprise applications into IAM platforms, including connector setup, policy configuration, and integration troubleshooting.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions aligned with business and security objectives.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents, ensuring stable and secure identity and access operations across systems.
    • Participate in audits and compliance initiatives by providing documentation, evidence, and support for identity governance controls.
    • Monitor, analyze, and optimize IAM processes to improve performance, scalability, and security posture.
    • Develop and maintain IAM standards, best practices, and documentation to support enterprise governance frameworks.
    • Assist in automation and customization efforts using scripting languages such as BeanShell, Python, or PowerShell.
    • Support integration with cloud IAM platforms (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM) and directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP.
    • Ensure alignment of IAM solutions with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
      • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management, with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
      • Strong understanding of IAM principles including provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, RBAC, certification, and segregation of duties (SoD).
      • Experience with scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, BeanShell, or similar languages.
      • Hands-on experience with cloud IAM platforms such as Azure Active Directory or AWS IAM.
      • Strong knowledge of authentication and federation protocols including SAML, OAuth, SSO, and LDAP.
      • Familiarity with directory services such as Active Directory and enterprise identity infrastructures.
      • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements such as SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR in the context of IAM.
      • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex identity-related issues.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical IAM concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
      • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
