About the role:
The OT Security Specialist is amission-critical roleresponsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of theOperational Technology (OT) Security program. Acting as astrategic bridge between IT and OT, you will lead the charge in protectingindustrial control systems (ICS)and manufacturing environments. By implementing robustnetwork segmentation,real-time threat monitoring, and aligning operations with global standards likeNIST 800-82andIEC 62443, you will ensure the resilience of vital industrial assets against modern cyber threats
What you will do:
- Architect and execute theOT Cybersecurity Program Strategy, establishing a baseline of security controls that protect theproduction floor.
- Author comprehensiveOT Security Policystatements and program charters , and establish anOT Security Governance structurethat includes a multi-level risk management steering committee.
- Drive initiatives to maintain unwavering adherence toISO 27001/2, NIST, and SOC2 frameworks.
- Engineer complex architectural blueprints forIT/OT segmentation, focusing heavily onsecure LAN-WAN connectivity, DMZs, and hardened remote access.
- Analyze traffic flows to strictly limit data movement, effectivelyminimizing the attack surface, and manage the crucial upgrade or replacement oflegacy network hardware.
- Assess and facilitate Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) for theOT Security platformto showcase critical capabilities likereal-time asset inventory, traffic monitoring, and vulnerability detection.
- Design and deploy advanced monitoring solutions to maintain100% asset visibilityand detect behavioral anomalies in real-time.
- StandardizeOT Asset Inventory and Vulnerability Managementprograms , and integrate OT telemetry withSIEM and UEBA toolsfor a unified, "single-pane-of-glass" situational awareness across IT and OТ.
- Lead compromise assessments andRed Teaming simulationsto find and fix vulnerabilities before adversaries can exploit them.
- Pioneer tailored incident detection and remediation playbooks specifically engineered forOT-specific Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).
What you bring:
- ABachelor's degreein Engineering, Science, or a related Technical Management field.
- 10+ years of deep experience in cybersecurity, with a definitive focus onOT-specific projects, ICS security, and complex network segmentation.
- Absolute mastery of critical global standards, includingIEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and ISO 27001.
- Advanced proficiency inOT monitoring platformsas well as modern IT security stacks such asSIEM, SOAR, and EDR/XDR.
- Exceptional advisory skills with the proven ability to translate complextechnical risks into executive-level deliverables.
- A strong track record inhigh-stakes project management, successfully planning and monitoringmulti-phase global roll-outs.
