The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and focused on continuous learning and improvement. This is a role for someone who stays composed under pressure while driving structure and accountability.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating incident response activities and improving system reliability across products and services.

  • Act as a central point of contact during incidents, driving alignment across engineering, product, and operational stakeholders.
  • Facilitate post-incident reviews and risk assessments to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Analyze incident trends and operational data to uncover systemic issues and propose actionable improvements.
  • Ensure accountability by assigning ownership of actions, tracking follow-ups, and supporting execution of remediation plans.
  • Improve incident response processes, documentation, and escalation pathways to enhance organizational readiness.
  • Support cross-functional teams in understanding system behavior, dependencies, and operational risks.

Requirements:

This role requires strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure operational environments.

  • Experience in incident management, technical operations, business analysis, or a related role within a technology-driven organization.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technical and non-technical audiences, especially during high-severity incidents.
  • Comfort making decisions with incomplete information while knowing when to escalate appropriately.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and root causes from operational or incident data.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and support/operations.
  • Highly organized with strong facilitation skills for leading postmortems, retrospectives, or risk reviews.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn a broad range of systems, products, and technologies.
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts (Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 PT or 9:00–6:00 PT) and participate in on-call rotations approximately one week every four weeks.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $70,000 – $120,000 per year

  • Structured schedule with defined weekday shifts for operational stability
  • On-call rotation compensation and support structure
  • Collaborative, technology-driven environment with modern tools and processes
