Identity and Access Management Security Expert

DXC Technology Italy is looking for a Identity and Access Management Security Specialist

Security services helps our clients on assess risk and proactively address all facets of security environment, from threat intelligence to compliance. We leverage proven methodologies, intelligent automation and industry-leading partners to tailor security solutions to your unique business needs.  

 You will take part to the identification of functional requirements, design and implementation of Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDM) systems.  

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition of functional requirements, design, and implementation of full IAM solutions.
• Conduct the implementation of Access Management architectures and features, including Web Access Management, Federation, Single Sign-On, Strong/Multi-Factor Authentication, Biometric and Passwordless Authentication, Adaptive Authentication
• Participate in the design and deployment of Identity Governance solutions: identity lifecycle processes, provisioning and reconciliation, password management, role model definition, and periodic access certification campaigns.

Requirements

• Degree in technical/scientific disciplines (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the development or management of IAM/IGA solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Teamworking attitude.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Must Have

• Solid understanding of Digital Identity concepts: Identity Governance, RBAC, User Provisioning, Web Access Management, MFA, Federated Identity, B2B and B2C
• Good knowledge of at least one of the following IAM platforms: Ping Identity/ForgeRock, MS Entra ID, SailPoint, Keycloak, Okta, Oracle IAM Suite (knowledge of multiple platforms is considered a strong advantage).
• Proven knowledge of Federation protocols (OIDC, OAuth, SAML) and SCIM, JIT, Push techniques
• Knowledge of LDAP/DB architectures and features with hands-on capability
• Experience with Application Security and API protection for Mobile/SPA architectures
• Knowledge of Interoperability concepts and new open standards like OPENID4VC are considered a strong plus
   

Work location: Milan with smart working possibility

The position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €48,000. Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per l’industria metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti) and based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including responsability, experience and skills.
