Cybersecurity Expert - RL

This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, AI systems, and advanced threat intelligence, focusing on protecting and evaluating next-generation AI environments and production infrastructures. You will operate in a highly autonomous setting where you are expected to identify emerging cyber risks, anticipate adversarial behaviors, and strengthen security postures across complex, AI-driven systems. The work blends traditional security expertise with forward-looking analysis of how AI models can be targeted or exploited. You will actively contribute to securing large-scale AI training pipelines and production environments while shaping security practices from the ground up. This is a high-impact position where your insights directly influence system resilience, model safety, and infrastructure integrity. Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for defining and executing the security intelligence and defensive strategy across AI systems, infrastructure, and emerging threat landscapes.

• Monitor and analyze evolving cyber threats with a focus on their intersection with AI systems, training pipelines, and production environments
• Track attacker behaviors, TTPs, and threat group activity while forecasting AI-targeted risks over medium- and long-term horizons
• Conduct adversarial analysis, threat modeling, and scenario planning to anticipate and mitigate emerging security risks
• Perform structured red-teaming exercises and penetration testing against AI models and associated systems to identify vulnerabilities
• Execute independent security audits across cloud and network infrastructure, identifying weaknesses and recommending remediation strategies
• Produce clear, executive-ready intelligence reports and risk assessments to guide technical and strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with engineering and research teams to strengthen security practices across AI development and deployment workflows

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong cybersecurity expertise combined with analytical thinking, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, trust & safety, or related security domains
• Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK frameworks, OSINT methodologies, and modern intrusion techniques
• Hands-on experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and network security analysis
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python and Bash
• Ability to independently lead investigations, audits, and security assessments from start to finish
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights
• Familiarity with AI/ML systems or emerging AI security risks is a strong plus
