About the Role
As our Cybersecurity Researcher, you will own the intersection of AI and cyber threat intelligence, an emerging and critical space that most organizations are still figuring out. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role where you'll define and drive our security posture across AI systems, production infrastructure, and adversarial risk. You won't be executing a playbook, you'll be writing one.

What You Will Do

• Monitor and analyze evolving cyber threats as they intersect with AI systems and training pipelines

• Track attacker TTPs, threat-group behavior, and AI-targeting trends across a 6–24 month horizon

• Conduct adversarial analysis and scenario planning to stay ahead of emerging risks

• Probe AI models for security boundaries through structured prompt testing and red-teaming exercises

• Run independent security audits and penetration tests across systems and infrastructure

• Identify, document, and prioritize vulnerabilities with clear remediation recommendations

• Produce executive-ready risk assessments and intelligence reports that drive decision-making

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in cyber intelligence, threat analysis, or trust and safety

• Strong working knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT methodologies, and intrusion tradecraft

• Hands-on penetration testing and network security experience

• Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly Python and Bash

• Self-directed and comfortable owning work end-to-end in a fast-moving environment

• Strong written communication — ability to distill complex findings into clear, actionable reports

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with ML/LLM systems and AI security concepts

• Certifications such as CISSP or OSCP

• CTF participation or competitive security research experience
