사이버 보안 서비스 딜리버리 엔지니어는 고객사를 대상으로 자사의 보안 솔루션을 지원하는 핵심 기술 직무입니다. 가치 증명(POV) 및 개념 증명(POC) 시연을 통해 솔루션의 작동 방식과 이점을 고객에게 제시하는 역할을 수행합니다. 또한, 한국의 보안 컴플라이언스(규제 준수) 관련 업무를 담당하여, 고객사가 개인정보 보호법(PIPA) 등의 규정을 이해하고 필요한 점검을 통과할 수 있도록 지원합니다. 고객과 직접 소통하며 솔루션 구축 및 조정, 시스템 상태 점검, 기술 가이드를 제공함으로써 원활한 서비스와 명확한 커뮤니케이션을 바탕으로 강력한 고객 관계를 구축하는 데 기여합니다.

주요 역할 및 책임

1. 기술 서비스 딜리버리 및 검증

• 사이버 보안 솔루션의 배포 및 구성을 주도하며, 고객 환경에 원활하게 통합되도록 보장합니다.

• 가치 증명(POV) 및 개념 증명(POC) 프로젝트를 수행하여 자사 솔루션의 효과와 실질적인 이점을 고객에게 입증합니다.

• 배포된 보안 솔루션에 대한 심층적인 기술 지원 및 트러블슈팅을 제공하며, 복잡한 문제를 효율적으로 해결합니다.

• 사용자, 네트워크 및 클라우드 보호를 위한 빈틈없는 사이버 보안 솔루션을 설계합니다.

• 구현된 솔루션에 대한 아키텍처 설계서 및 운영 가이드를 포함한 기술 문서를 작성합니다.

2. 고객 협력 및 컴플라이언스 지원

• 정기적으로 고객과 소통하여 보안 환경, 목표 및 변화하는 요구사항을 파악합니다.

• 보안 모범 사례 및 기술 도입에 관한 신뢰할 수 있는 고문(Trusted Advisor) 역할을 수행하며 강력한 고객 관계를 구축합니다.

• 법규 및 컴플라이언스 요구사항을 고려하여 상세 분석 및 리스크 평가를 수행합니다.

3. 솔루션 설계 및 최적화

• 고객의 니즈에 맞춤화되고 기존 환경과 통합된 매니지드 서비스 및 전문 서비스를 포함하는 엔드 투 엔드(End-to-End) 사이버 보안 솔루션을 능숙하게 설계합니다.

• 내부 팀과 협력하여 제안된 솔루션의 실현 가능성과 확장성을 확인하고, 회사의 기술 역량과 일치시키는지 검토합니다.

• 솔루션 문서, 아키텍처 다이어그램 및 컴플라이언스 프레임워크 요약 가이드라인을 작성합니다.

4. 기술 지식 및 역량 개발

• 보안 기술 트렌드, 신종 위협, 최신 사이버 보안 및 네트워크 기술에 대한 지식을 최신 상태로 유지합니다.

• 경쟁사 보안 제품을 연구 및 분석하여 차별화 요소를 파악하고 자사 솔루션을 효과적으로 포지셔닝합니다.

기본 자격 요건

• 컴퓨터 과학, 사이버 보안, 정보 기술 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위 소지자

• 사이버 보안 또는 관련 IT 보안 분야에서 최소 3년 이상의 경력

• 체계적인 보안 보고서 작성 및 재사용 가능한 보고서 템플릿 제작 역량

• 보안 솔루션 및 기술을 고객에게 명확하고 전문적으로 설명할 수 있는 능력, POC/POV 수행 능력

• 클라우드 환경 및 클라우드 보안 관련 업무 경험 (가산점 요인)

• 기초적인 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능 (구어 및 문어)

우대 사항

• 전문적/기술적 환경에서의 능숙한 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력

• 주요 보안 벤더 및 제품(예: Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler/Netskope, CrowdStrike, Splunk 등) 경험

• ISMS 또는 ISMS-P 컴플라이언스 프로젝트 실무 경험

• CPPG 또는 기타 보안/개인정보 보호 관련 자격증 보유자

• 네트워크 보안, 클라우드 보안(AWS, Azure, GCP), 데이터 보안 및 글로벌 컴플라이언스 표준(ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA 등)에 대한 지식 보유

 

Position summary:

The Service Delivery Engineer for Cybersecurity is a key technical role, focused on supporting our cybersecurity solutions for clients. This job also involves showing clients how our offerings work and what benefits they bring through Proof of Value (POV) and Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrations. One other role is helping with Korea’s security compliance. You'll help clients understand rules like South Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and support them in passing necessary checks. You'll work directly with clients to set up and adjust solutions, check system health, and provide technical guidance. This helps build strong client relationships with good service and clear communication.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Technical Service Delivery & Validation:

• Lead the deployment and configuration of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring seamless integration into client environments.
• Conduct Proof of Value (POV) and Proof of Concept (POC) engagements to demonstrate the effectiveness and tangible benefits of our solutions to clients.
• Provide in-depth technical support and troubleshooting for deployed cybersecurity solutions, resolving complex issues efficiently.
• Design cybersecurity solutions for user, network, and cloud protection with no room for error.
• Develop technical documentation, including architecture design and operational guides, for implemented solutions.

Customer Engagement & Compliance Support:

• Engage regularly with clients to understand their security landscape, objectives, and evolving requirements. 
• Serve as a trusted advisor for security best practices and technology adoption, building strong client relationships. 
• Perform detailed analysis and risk assessments, considering regulatory and compliance requirements. 

Solution Design & Optimization: 

• Proficiently design end-to-end cybersecurity solutions, including managed and professional services, tailored to customer needs and integrated with existing environments. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and align with the company's technical capabilities. 
• Prepare solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and compliance framework summary guidelines as required. 

Technical Knowledge & Development: 

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security technology trends, emerging threats, and new cybersecurity and network technologies. 
• Research and analyze competitors' security products, identifying differentiators and positioning our company’s solutions effectively. 

 Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or related
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or related IT security fields
• Strong ability to write structured security reports and create reusable report templates
• Able to explain security solutions or technologies to customers in a clear and professional manner, and able to conduct POC or POV for security solutions 
• Experience working in a cloud environment and cloud security will be a value add. 
• Comfortable with basic English communication (verbal and written)

 Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in English communication, especially in professional/technical settings
• Experience with security vendors and products (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler/Netskope, CrowdStrike, Splunk, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with ISMS or ISMS-P compliance projects
• Holding relevant certifications such as CPPG or other security/privacy-related credentials
• Knowledge of network security, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), data security, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA).
