Concierge Security Engineer

This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity operations, customer success, and hands-on technical consulting within a fast-growing global security environment. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, ensuring their security infrastructure is effectively monitored, maintained, and continuously improved. The position blends deep technical investigation with relationship management, requiring you to translate complex security data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will work closely with security analysts and customer success teams to strengthen security posture and resolve incidents efficiently. The environment is collaborative, mission-driven, and focused on proactive threat prevention at scale. This is a highly impactful role where your expertise directly contributes to reducing cyber risk for global organizations.
Accountabilities:
- Act as the main technical liaison for assigned customers and maintain strong, trusted relationships
- Analyze log data, system outputs, and security alerts to identify risks and anomalies
- Support customers in diagnosing security issues and responding to technical requests
- Collaborate with internal security analysts and customer success teams to deliver high-quality service
- Communicate complex technical findings in a clear and accessible way to non-technical stakeholders
- Mentor junior analysts and support their technical and professional development
- Manage and support enterprise security infrastructure using cloud-based security platforms
- Contribute to incident response, threat containment, and ongoing security improvements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or information security roles
- Additional experience in system administration, network administration, or cloud administration is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of enterprise security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, proxies, content filtering)
- Solid knowledge of enterprise IT environments (Active Directory, LDAP, Windows Server, cloud infrastructure)
- Ability to analyze and interpret logs and system data across multiple platforms
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a global team
- Certifications such as CISSP or other security qualifications are a plus
