You will be responsible for monitoring security alerts, assessing vulnerabilities, and ensuring that cloud infrastructures remain secure, compliant, and aligned with best practices. Accountabilities:
- Analyze and respond to cloud security alerts related to misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and potential risks across cloud environments.
- Support the implementation of security best practices and continuous improvements in cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor cloud environments to ensure compliance, reduce security risks, and maintain secure configurations over time.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Information Security teams to embed security into development and deployment processes.
- Assist in promoting secure development practices and proper use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Participate in security incident response activities when required, supporting investigation and mitigation efforts.
- Contribute to the standardization, organization, and strengthening of cloud security controls and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Information Security fundamentals and cybersecurity principles.
- Basic to intermediate experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with vulnerability analysis and cloud security configuration management.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and agile environments.
