As a CDTR - Enterprise Technology Solutions - Oracle Security- Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver Oracle compliance and security solutions, leveraging your skills in business application consulting. Within our Risk Consulting practice, you will be at the forefront of transformation controls and security integration, focusing on Oracle systems. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, providing tailored solutions that address their unique security challenges.
As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to navigate complex client engagements. You will build meaningful client relationships and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Responsibilities
- Implementing Oracle compliance and security measures to support client transformation initiatives
- Conducting compliance audits and reviews to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
- Developing and managing compliance programs and policies to align with regulatory standards
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite for compliance technology solutions and governance frameworks
- Analyzing data to inform compliance advisement and corrective actions
- Collaborating with teams to enhance operational risk management and performance
- Overseeing compliance record keeping and documentation to maintain audit trails
- Designing remediation plans to address compliance gaps and regulatory requirements
- Advising on corporate governance and policy management to support organizational objectives
- Engaging in continuous learning and development to adapt to changing compliance landscapes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Statistics, Systems Engineering
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Security, Identity, Governance, Risk Management, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security domains
- Demonstrating analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in complex scenarios
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite for compliance and governance tasks
- Developing policies and guidelines for regulatory compliance programs
- Implementing corrective actions and remediation designs effectively
