As a CDTR - Enterprise Technology Solutions - Oracle Security- Manager, you will lead and manage client engagements within our Risk Consulting practice, focusing on Oracle Compliance and Security. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to supervise, develop, and coach teams, while managing client service accounts and driving client engagement workstreams. You will play a crucial role in implementing the firm's methodologies and technology resources to deliver exceptional work that meets client service expectations.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for strategic planning and mentoring junior staff, confirming project success, and maintaining rigorous standards. You will motivate and inspire your team to deliver quality results, while identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities
- Leading Oracle compliance and security initiatives within enterprise technology solutions
- Managing client support activities to enhance compliance program implementation and oversight
- Developing and executing strategic plans for compliance auditing and governance frameworks
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite to support risk governance and regulatory compliance standards
- Implementing corrective actions and remediation designs to address compliance issues
- Conducting audit documentation and internal audit development to maintain compliance records
- Building relationships with stakeholders to facilitate compliance advisement and oversight
- Promoting operational risk management and organizational management practices
- Validating quality assurance checklists and compliance technology applications
- Coaching teams in compliance awareness and regulatory guidelines adherence
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Statistics, Systems Engineering
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Security, Identity, Governance, Risk Management, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and compliance technology
- Utilizing strategic questioning to enhance compliance program implementation
- Excelling in compliance advisement and governance framework development
- Leading teams in operational risk management and policy implementation
- Developing skills in regulatory compliance program development and oversight
