As a Cyber Security Penetration Testing Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to identify and mitigate potential security threats, providing them with insights into their vulnerabilities and helping them enhance their security posture. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be part of a dynamic team that leverages cutting-edge methodologies and tools to simulate real-world threats and deliver impactful solutions. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive assessments and offering strategic recommendations to fortify client defenses against cyber threats.
As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex scenarios and deliver value to clients. You will build meaningful relationships, anticipate client needs, and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities in client systems and applications
- Utilizing tools such as Burp Suite, Mimikatz, and Metasploit to perform security assessments
- Collaborating with clients to understand their security needs and tailor testing strategies accordingly
- Analyzing security assessment results to provide actionable recommendations for risk mitigation
- Developing and implementing automation solutions to enhance security testing processes
- Engaging in threat actor simulation services to evaluate client defenses against potential attacks
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends and threat landscapes
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members in cybersecurity practices
- Participating in client discussions to communicate findings and suggest additional security services
- Upholding ethical standards and business conduct in all client interactions and assessments
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's degree
- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to offensive security and penetration testing, including OSCP, GPEN, CEH, or equivalent ethical hacking credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in using security testing tools like Burp Suite and Metasploit
- Utilizing programming and scripting skills such as Python and PowerShell
- Excelling in presenting at national and international security conferences
- Leveraging knowledge of cloud technologies and security best practices
- Engaging in active client discussions to identify potential add-on services
